Domestic Standby

Safe Space SV will provide a trusted neutral third party that is present during the exchange of children for visitation or during the retrieval of personal belongings from a shared residence. This is done to ensure that both parties feel safe and to prevent any potential conflicts or confrontations. The presence of a "standby" aims to keep the situation calm, offer a measure of security, and ensure that the interaction adheres to legal agreements or court orders.

In cases where one party feels threatened or there is a history of domestic violence, a domestic standby can provide a sense of safety while allowing necessary interactions or transactions to occur.
